Many times we’re asked “What’s your favorite wine & cheese?” Sometimes it depends on the time of the year & what suits our lifestyle. so this holiday weekend we’re showcasing some of our favorite early summer wines & cheese plus new finds. A stunning French Brut Rosé from Simonnet-Febvre is a must to try & is perfect with Cowgirl Creamery’s Mt.Tam dreamy triple creme cheese. Elyse Zinfandel is a winner especially matched with 3 year aged, crunchy Gouda. Landmark Chardonnay, and Clos Pegase Napa Cabernet Sauvignon plus many others are yours to try along with an Oregon Smokey Blue cheese & ever popular Spanish  Manchego.  Come sample away this weekend with us!
