This Weeks Tasting:Â Summer Sipping Wines & Cheese
June 25,26 & 27 Thursday & Friday 4-7pm and Saturday 2-7pm    
Summer is officially here and our meals are adapting to the summer lifestyle with cool salads and the BBQ taking center stage as we feature Summer Sipping Wines and Cheeses to go along with that summer lifestyle! The cool crisp La Vella Prosecco from Italy and Cypress Grove’s Purple Haze herb enhanced chevre is what summer sippers and cheese is all about! Nora Albarino from Spain is the ticket on a warm summer day and we’ll pour the dry refreshing Pascual Toso Malbec Rose from Argentina, great to sip while you grill away. And the Regaleali Nero D’Avola juicy red wine from Sicily works well with tri-tip sizzling off the coals. We’ll have other combos for you to try, so whether it’s a poolside gathering, a picnic along a cool stream or a BBQ under the shade of a big oak, come sip and join us in our COOL wine bar or SHADED outside patio.

Open for Purchases… Tasting Room taking a Rest!
Everyone is getting ready for Fun on the Fourth and we’re no exception! We want to make sure we have your favorite wines on hand and of course some tasty cheese for the picnic basket and holiday gathering, so stop by and see the selection! The tasting room is taking a break this week after our big dinner affair on Sunday with Landmark Vineyards. And while “Chico’s Summertime Beverage of Choice” is rightfully beer, a little wine always seems to make it the table. And on that table should be some Baby Back Ribs and Old Fashion Potato Salad from our friends at Bacio Catering! The juicy spicy ribs would be a huge hit with a really rich, juicy, and also spicy Zinfandel from Solus Sto of Sonoma. Make sure you serve this red ( or any red wine!) at a cool cellar temperature so the fruit shows through, (Especially if you’re enjoying it outside on a Hot summer day). So call Bacio and order some 4th of July tasty morsels and stop by Creekside Cellars and ask for the Zinfandel with the Bear on the label! And make sure you stop by before the 4th! We’re open 11am-7pm Tues-Thurs and 11am-5pm on Friday the 3rd. After that we’ll be enjoying ribs, potato salad, a little wine and the fireworks with all of you!
