About Creekside Cellars
Opened in July of 1998 by Brenda and Dennis McLaughlin, Creekside Cellars sells fine wine, wine accessories, gourmet foods and cheese in Chico, CA. We also serve wine and food in the Tasting Room/Wine Bar of our shop.
The summer of 2004 saw a major expansion for Creekside Cellars and we now have outside seating plus a new gourmet cheese counter.
Before opening Creekside Cellars Brenda McLaughlin worked as a marketing director in the Chico area. Brenda has also worked for the Chico Chamber of Commerce. She has served on the Butte County Board of Education since 1980 and is the longest serving member of the board.
Dennis worked 17 years for the City of Chico as Housing Officer and recently retired andis devoting more time to Creekside Cellars. Dennis has his Masters degree in Economics from California State University, Sacramento
Their fondness for Northwest wines can be attributed to their frequent visits to their sons Jesse McLaughlin and Noah Brimhall. Noah is the webmaster for Creekside Cellars.
